The company creates concepts that derive value for clients by providing them with a 360-degree communication scope that incorporates media monitoring, advertising, video production and activations into Moshate’s portfolio. In addition, Moshate does events and exhibitions.Mahlatse says that what motivates her is seeing her clients fulfilled and in executing an outstanding project with no glitches. She is equally motivated by the opportunity that lies in new ideas and the potential the future may hold. Moshate, she adds, succeeds due to its key values of integrity and service excellence. Mahlatse says that the company prides itself in building concepts that derive value for all clients and various stakeholders.Innovation is critical in this industry, she continues, pointing out that evolving and keeping abreast of the trends is vital, as is leveraging technological advancements to stay ahead of the game. Using this technology to promote products and services at minimal cost is also vital to a growing business, she adds. Looking to the future she is so motivated about, Mahlatse suggests that she wants to build stronger relationships with industry players, in order to benefit from the opportunities to promote services to such clients.While the business currently also manages events and exhibitions, normal procedure is to procure infrastructure – such as a shell scheme, chairs and tables and carpets – externally. Her first goal, therefore, is to purchase this infrastructure for the business and thus bring it in-house. Further afield, her aim is to go abroad and seek out franchised events that she can bring to SA shores.
